Kandy being in the top instead of Jessica really sheds light that it’s time to change the All stars format. I couldn’t care less how the next episode goes, I just know Jimbo wins and if she doesn’t then the entire season was a wash.
This entire season was for Jimbo. It’s getting exhausting knowing the winner from the cast announcement. Shea, Jinx, Jimbo. There’s no real competition anymore. All stars is just a place for “robbed” queens to get their crown.

Jessica had one of the most remarkable Rudemptions in the last few years of AllStars; and no one can take that away from her. She truly is an AllStar!
In contrast, we're all hating KM even more (the character, not the person!). I came to AS8 with an open mind, hoping her toxic behavior was gone and her aesthetic improved, but both are the same or worse. Add the favoritism and this has become unbearable.

a top two honestly feels too small, top 3 is the sweet spot imo, anything less and eliminations feel too harsh rather than tough but needed

I feel like there was no winning for Kandy. Either she eliminates the clear Frontrunner just before the finale, cements herself as the villain and loses to the beloved Jessica. Or she sends Jessica home and pit‘s herself against Jimbo who won half the season

I think keeping Jimbo definitely WAS Kandy being strategic and playing the game. Kandy is going into the finale being able to say she kept her word and alliance with Jimbo and ‘disprove’ the bad rumours that were going around her, also probably knowing it would be the least controversial decision with the fanbase. Keep in mind, while Jimbo has the most Challenge wins, they also have the most Lip Sync losses (probably the worst track rate in the entire franchise). Knowing all that and the finales are typically decided by a lip sync/ dance number, it’s really no wonder Kandy would keep Jimbo over Jessica.
Jessica was my personal favourite to win, but I’m so happy and proud that she was able to return and show just how much she’s grown and what an amazing queen and person she is 😭🙌✨
I started to see The Pit Stop thanks to Bianca del Rio, please keep her as host of this incredible cap resume channel... literally SHE IS AMAZING!

I really don’t think they would’ve allowed Jimbo to go home. If Kandy had theoretically chosen Jimbo, production would’ve had a twist of some sort to make it a top 3 instead of a top 2. Jimbo had performed so well this season and sending her home wouldn’t be a good look for the show.
They didnt interfere with Manila or Shangela or Dela picking herself. I doubt they would, any gagworthy moment makes great TV whether the fan reception is good or bad.
Kandy is actually friends with Jimbo before All Stars 8, thats why Kandy saved Jimbo.
@@wilfred29I think the situation is way different here. I personally think that AS3 was meant for Trixie to win and the twist was made from the beginning to cut Shangela and Dela, if she didn't eliminate herself.
In all stars 4 they had already planned to crown two people (with one of them being Monet, or it wouldn't have any sense since Mo should have won) so I think they preferred the shock value.
If Kandy eliminates Jimbo here, Jessica is gonna win (because the backlash against Kandy would be too much, as we have seen with Naomi already). Jimbo would have won the Fame Games being a fan favourite and a robbed one who was sent home while dominating. It's not the last episode...

girl i was instantly thinking SHADE when they asked her to review the makeover episode that kandy won when she notoriously got INTO IT with kandy right before getting eliminated. we even got a halfway regret revelation on here with her saying she wished she went in on tina instead. i was waiting to see if she would say she regreted misdirecting her frustration at mik and kandy. giving kandy's infamous "TINA DOESNT OWN FLAMES". bc a few people have pointed out '60s gogo mod is more of a trixie staple than a kandy the bronx sex doll aesthetic. and i was remembering how the same critique was said on her last makeover that she wasnt staying on brand, but those were denali's words

Really don’t like going to a top two 💔 it feels so dissatisfying that whoever wins the last challenge gets to choose the top two.. because it seems like most people agree the most deserved top two would be Jimbo and Jessica. But Kandy just needs to pull out the one win to knock out whoever she wants? Imagine if it had been Jimbo.. I’ve never liked the shift from judges making decisions to the contestants themselves. I wish they could just focus on doing their best instead of the big brother politics of it all.
This season has shown me that there is a wonderful person named Jessica Wild with a heart of gold. Jessica gives me the good warm and fuzzies that Hallmark strives to produce and sell. I really wish the best for Jessica Wild in life ❤

it helps that both of them REALLY hit their stride and found paint that truly works for them. their original season mugs were "okay" but wow both of them really figured out what works for their face. valentina shaved off 10 years off her face with the minimal kendal jenner look and denali looks so much better with all that heavy color she weighs her eyes down in, and those harsh lips
Il sorry but this whole season is rigged. Like Kandy got the lesbian who is her own size. She didn’t have to alter anything like the other two. And she was open to everything. It wasn’t a fare fight. And like to have her choose who she’s going to compete in the finaly is surreal. Like rupaul should have made that decision. But the result would be the same.

It should have been a tad earlier in the season…with at least 5 queens remaining. So the outcome is still important, but not game changing. And well, I enjoy makeover challenges, so I would have loved more makeovers!
